Provides customization of facility's appraisal template for
use in the PeopleMetrix™ platform. Changes and
modifications are made template by the approved HR administrators.
Appraisal questions and scoring indicators are tailored to each
facility's specifications. This module is configured to automatically
assign and attach job descriptions and organizational goals
to each employee appraisal based on positions entered into the
Job Description Manager.
The Appraisal Scheduler is configured using the business rules of the facility and is capable of performing the following functions for management:

This module allows an employee to login to PeopleMetrix™
for the purpose of completing a self-evaluation. Self-appraisal
information is saved and scoring is totaled for review by
an administrator. In addition, the employee has the ability
to review an appraisal completed by a manager. The employee
can add his/her comments to the evaluation so that the manager
can incorporate any suggestions or changes upon final review.
