Job Description Manager
Allows for the creation, editing and management of an infinite number of job descriptions in a customized database. Global changes and updates to job description documents, including job specific competencies, are performed electronically and in real time.

Appraisal Manager
Provides customization of facility's appraisal template for use in the PeopleMetrix™ platform. Changes and modifications are made template by the approved HR administrators. Appraisal questions and scoring indicators are tailored to each facility's specifications. This module is configured to automatically assign and attach job descriptions and organizational goals to each employee appraisal based on positions entered into the Job Description Manager.

Appraisal Scheduler and Task Manager
The Appraisal Scheduler is configured using the business rules of the facility and is capable of performing the following functions for management:
Track employee evaluation due dates
Invite employees to participate in the appraisal process, via an email system or print a hard copy invitation
Report on manager's direct reports evaluation status and tasks
On-line review of current employee evaluations with reference to past evaluations
Task direct reports according to organization hierarchy


Goals Manager
PeopleMetrix™ contains an added feature that provides management with the ability to create, distribute, and manage organizational goals and initiatives through a cascading approach. The following capabilities are part of this unique module:

Define and group organizational goals by management level, task and accountability
Score success at each level with defined metrics
Identify disconnects to organizational mission through a hierarchical structure
Provide scoring to specific goals with weighting to specific accountabilities by employee


Reports Generator
This module provides access to real time reporting capabilities. Specifically, the following system generated reports:

An aggregate view of evaluation progress and scoring on multiple levels (facility, department, floor, group and individual)
A tracking report of line manager's completion rate of evaluations
A comparative evaluation report of line manager's scoring
A status report of evaluations in the cycle
A goals review report to compare this years goals with previous goals


Employee Self Evaluation Module (Optional)
This module allows an employee to login to PeopleMetrix™ for the purpose of completing a self-evaluation. Self-appraisal information is saved and scoring is totaled for review by an administrator. In addition, the employee has the ability to review an appraisal completed by a manager. The employee can add his/her comments to the evaluation so that the manager can incorporate any suggestions or changes upon final review.
